A certain idea of Maury Maury are powerful wines which lend themselves to a long oxidative maturing process. But when they are young, with their black and red fruit balance, the delicacy of the tannins and the aromatic fragance, they are a real revelation.
One grape variety is identified with maury: the Grenache noir, capricious, low yield, it guarantees us the quality of Maury and it represents 100% of our vines.
The wine is bottled in the June following the harvest and goes on maturing slowly. This is how the vintage Vendange is produced Vendange Mise Tardive is matured in wood in an air-conditioned cellar to regulate as well as possible the oxidization process. The Hors d'Age is Vendange which has matured in its time, concentrating its aromas and smoothing out the tannins while maturing in a bottle.
