Terraces settled with old stilt and rolling pebbles .

Grape Varieties
Grenache blanc 90%, Grenache gris 10 %.

Wine Making
Selection of grapes from the vineyard, hand picked, sorted on a sorting table, de-stemmed, pressed with a pneumatic press, fermentation in new barrels.

Maturing
Settling with the technic "batonnage" in six months, followed by maturing and then clarifying in the same barrels for 12 months.

The Wine
Color is light Gold. Elegant and airy aroma with notes of minerales, subtle aromas of Acacia flowers blends with aromas of butter and toast.
A superbe taste with an attack of freshness and delicately briochy .
Beutiful amplitude, great finesse and a beautiful long taste.
