The wine
Beautifully ruby color, aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant, prunes, vanilla.
Generous and well balanced. Full bodied and well-structured: good tannins combined with a red fruit taste.
Luxurious long finish
Delightfully light, sweet, with a hint of crystallised lemon, zest of orange. Unusual last note of bergamote and turkish delight. A sophisticated wine with a long finish.

Serve at 12 d.c.
Perfect wine for special occations, accompanies "foies gras" blue cheese and patisseries
Idéal en dessert : chocolats, soupe de fruits rouges.
