A certain idea of Maury

The Maury are powerful wines that are particularly suited to a long oxidative maturing process. But when young, with a balance of red and black fruit, emphasizing the finesse of tannins and aromatic persistence, they are a true revelation. A grape variety is identified with Maury: the Grenache Noir, capricious, with a low yield. For us, it guarantees the Maury quality and is the grape variety we use exclusively.

The harvest is systematically collected on a sorting table. The wine which is bottled in June, following the harvest, will then undergo a slow maturation process. We elaborate our vintage “Vendange” following this tradition.
